Q: Will I be charged for waiting time?
A: Our customers are privileged to free waiting time according to what type of car they have selected. Our operators checking all flights ETA's (for delays or earlier arrivals).
- Sedans - receive 30 minutes free on domestic and on international flights.
- Limousines - receive 30 minutes free on domestic and 50 minutes free on international flights.
- Vans - receive 30 minutes free on domestic and 50 minutes free on international flights.
- Mini-vans - receive 30 minutes free on domestic and on international flights.

Q: What is Airport Signature Service?
A: For an additional $10, your uniformed driver will be holding a sign with your name. The "meet and greet" is a great way to be welcomed to Seattle.
B: If you already have a reservation and are returning to Sea-Tac airport. Please call dispatch at 1-800-386-4844 after you have collected your baggage tell dispatch which door your party will be waitingtell dispatch which door your party will be waiting at. Your towncar will arrive from a standby location to pick you up.

Q: What kind of cars?
A: All of our cars are new models 2003-07.
- Luxury Sedans are either Cadillac and Lincoln Town Car available in dark and light colors
- Stretch Limousines - 2003 models are only Lincoln town cars and available in black and white colors, also included in the limo is ,HD,DVD and CD Player. Fully Stack Bar included with soft drinks and hard liquor.
- Luxury Vans - for all airport pickups can accommodate up to 10 passengers plus their luggage. For sight seeing or other than airport transit, the vans can accommodate up to 14 passengers.
- Mini Vans - accommodate up to 4 passengers and up to 6 suitcases. Mini Vans - accommodate up to 4 passengers and up to 6 suitcases.

Q: When will you charge my credit card?
A: Your credit card will not be charged until the day off the service. Prepayments can be arranged online for relatives or friends of the traveler.

Q: What if I am unable to arrive in time for a reservation "No Show"?
A: ALL no shows will be charged full rate. To avoid being charged you must:
- Call toll free 1-800-386-4844so that one of our dispatchers can get in touch with the driver and help you to locate each other.
- Call 1-206-349-3552 or email in the event your plans or flight have been changed.

Q: How can I cancel and what is your Cancellation policy?
A: All cancellations must be made within 24 hrs prior to your arrival. To avoid being charged you must cancel your reservation within to 24 12 hours before arrival. to SEATTLE . You must provide confirmation # for each reservation. A $20 cancellation fee will be charged if you do not cancel within 24 12 hours.

Q: What is your "Service Guarantee"?
A: After you have received your "Confirmation Number", your car is guaranteed to be there waiting for you. (Reservation must be made at least 24 hour prior to the time of service and with a valid credit card.)

Q: What is your hourly rates?
A: Our rates are by the hour (BTH) also known as A/D (as directed).
- 2 hrs minimum on weekdays (Mon-Thur)
- 3 hrs minimum on weekends (Fri-Sun)
- 5 hrs minimum any day if traveling outside of the greater city limits
